Trademark Licencement

If a trademark is applied or registred before TPI , it is also subject to licence to 3rd parties due to a notary licence agreement signed by both parties.

The licence could cover all the goods/ services , or partial assignment could be recorded.

The licensee can only one person/ company if it is mentioned on the agreement or the trademark owner could keep his right to give licences more than one person/company.
