Trademark Assignment

If a trademark is applied or registred before TPI , it is also assigned to 3rd parties due to a notary assignment deed signed by both parties.

The assignment could cover all the goods/ services , or partial assignment could be recorded.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Trademark registration certificate if any
• Notary assignment deed
