Trademark Watch Service

ACILIM MARKA & PATENT , we have a specialized trademark programme which ha a database of the trademark earlier and which is updated every month.

When the  trademark application/registration once enter the system, it is also recored to the watching service.

The similar, identical trademarks due to the same or related  goods and services are reported monthly to the applicants and inform them about the similarity and their opposition rights.

If the applicant would like to file opposition , we prepare the opposition and filed before the TPI .

Also before applying for registration, due to the goods and services we check the trademark database for similarity and report the client about the registratibility.

The watching service and presearch service is free of charge for the clients.
