Patent Opposition

The applicant can ask to early publication or late publication for a patent application. Therefore the TPI acts due to the demand.

When the search report is prepared, the application and the search report is published also together with the system choice of the applicant  for 6 months time.

At this 6 months time, the applicant himself  and the 3rd parties have right to file opposition against the application and the search report.

Due to the Law No.551 Protection of Patents , although there is opposition the applicant can ask the certificate , then the 3rd party could file a law suit.
