Industrial Design Assignment

If an industrial design is applied or registred before TPI , it is also subject to be assigned to 3rd parties due to a notary assignment deed signed by both parties.

The assignment could cover all designs , or partial assignment could be recorded.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS;

• Industrial design registration certificate if any
• Notary assignment deed
• POA ( notarization is not required )
